Can I wear my mask?

We are encouraging people to act responsibly and be aware of their surroundings, including wearing face coverings when felt needed. We anticipate the front of the stage to be busy, with more space available nearer the back (towards Starbucks). NHS Track and Trace signs will be on display that you are welcome to scan and there will be hand sanitizer at the information point.


Will there be food and drinks on site?

There won’t be a food and drink stall within the Street Party, but you can bring your own snacks and refreshments in plastic bottles. No glass will be allowed within the Street Party.


What can I expect at the Street Party?

There will be a stage at the Guildhall with an area reserved for people with limited mobility. Behind this will be a mix of deckchairs and standing room. There will be an information point and some stalls from local LGBTQIA+ charities and organizations around on the day. There will be a range of performances from cabaret, theatre, drag acts and DJ’s.


Will there be seating

Near the front of the stage there will be deckchairs for people to use.


How can I get to the Parade?

The nearest car park is The Key Theatre (PE1 1EF). Spaces at this car park are limited. There is also parking at Car Haven (PE1 1YX). Peterborough train station is a 10-15 minute walk and there are bus stops on Bishop’s Road. You can find out prices for the nearest carparks at

Is the event ticketed?

Both the parade and street party are FREE to attend, there is no need to book your space, just turn up and enjoy!


Are dogs allowed?

You are welcome to bring your furry friends along to the Parade, however only support dogs will be allowed inside the Street Party.
