COVID-19 Policy

We encourage all attendees to take a Lateral Flow Test within 24 hours prior to the event.

Peterborough Pride UK encourages people to become vaccinated. If you are eligible for your second vaccine, please get it. It is NOT a condition of entry to the Mini Pride (18th June 2022) or the main Pride festival event 22 August 2022).

Any person returning a positive test should not attend Peterborough Pride parade or festival. 

Peterborough Pride UK has a social responsibility to ensure all people attending pride have declared themselves to be free from coronavirus symptoms & to not be in a period of quarantine or self-isolation following a positive test or notification from the NHS test & trace team or app. Our policy is in line with current Public Health England advice.

Full vaccination is not a condition of entry, but we do encourage everyone to get their vaccination if they are eligible.

No. However if you wish to present it on the weekend you can.

If you experience any Covid 19 symptoms, you MUST stay home and follow government guidelines.

The wearing of a face mask is not compulsory, but we do encourage you to wear one where possible.

We encourage ALL attendees to take a Lateral Flow Test 24 hours prior to coming. 

Everyone has individual responsibility and choices. Where possible keep a safe distance from others, wear a face mask, avoid poorly ventilated areas, cover coughs and sneezes with bent elbow or tissues; clean your hands frequently.

Peterborough Pride has provided hand sanitising stations throughout the entire festival sites.
