About Peterborough Pride

Peterborough Pride UK is an annual festival dedicated to the LGBTQIA+ community in Peterborough and the eastern region of the UK.

As a not-for-profit event, Peterborough Pride is organised by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and the values of inclusion. Together, we are proud to provide a platform that not only raises awareness of the LGBTQIA+ community, but campaigns for a better city that recognises and celebrates difference.

Peterborough Pride is a welcoming and energetic city development group. We are enthusiastic about improving the arts, culture and inclusivity in our wonderfully diverse city. At present we are entirely run by volunteers and we have a structure and fixed Volunteer Roles to help us run our organisation.

Our primary purpose is to promote inclusion for the LGBTQIA+ community via the arts, health promotion and education. We are currently a voluntary community group and we aim to become a registered charity during 2022-2023.
